FIBJ is a small, but growing company that opened its doors to the public in May 2005. We currently have three permanent staff members and a number of auxillary staff, for certain projects. The staff members are: Ms. Cathalina Fontenelle - Manager/Programmer, Ms. Joanna Felix - Secretary/Documentation Specialist and Mr. Hamish Joseph - Photographer/Graphic Designer.

Our main focus in the delivery of quality product to our Clients, is to do so in an environment that is conducive to the overall well-being and growth of employees. Staff are encourage to stay abreast of the latest technologies, and FIBJ pays for a wide range of online courses for all employees. Other activities and interest are also encouraged and funded where possible. One of our staff members being hearing-impaired, special allowances are made to cater to the needs of the hearing-impaired community.
